Traime has 3 ACT Teams, and they are physically located in Cobb, Fulton, and Clayton Counties.

We cover the following geographic areas: Cobb, Douglas, Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Paulding & Newton Counties.

The ACT Teams are accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The Cobb Team is located at 2000 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 530, Marietta GA 30067. This is the main office.

The Clayton Team is located at1590 Adamson Parkway, Suite 200, Morrow, GA 30260

The Fulton Team is located at 777 Cleveland Avenue SW, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30315

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Intensive Case Management (ICM) is located at 2000 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 115, Marietta Georgia 30067

Intensive Case Management (ICM) hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
